BUGS, SUGGESTIONS, ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
Contact
Daily Raid does not run a phone line or a public ticket desk. Reports from a signed-in account are the way a bug or a suggestion reaches the people operating the beta.
Send a report
Sign in on the account page. Open Feedback. Choose bug report or suggestion, describe what happened, and send it. A screenshot is optional. The report stores your account, the report type, the description, the game build, the page path and the time. It is visible to authorized administrators, not to other players.
If you do not have an account yet, create one from the homepage. The same Feedback control is on the account page after sign-in. Guest play does not attach a report to a character.
What helps
For a bug, name the place and the action. A Daily or Weekly run, a practice seed, Cinder Refuge, or the account page are different failures. Say whether you were alone or in a party, what you clicked, and what you expected. If the problem is a missed hit or a doorway, the room name on the HUD is more useful than a retelling of the whole floor.
For a suggestion, say which system you mean: combat, a class branch, a dungeon theme, the boards, or the Refuge. The development log shows what is already in the public beta, so a note can refer to that instead of an older build.
What not to send
Do not include a password, a recovery code, or another player's private information. Do not send payment details. Daily Raid does not sell characters, gold, or items, and nobody from the project will ask you to pay or to reveal a password.
Deleting the account also deletes its feedback reports. That is described with the rest of the stored data on the privacy page. The rules for accounts, boards and the beta are on the terms.
What a report is for
Reports are read to fix defects and to judge whether a change is worth making. They are not a promise of a reply, a rank on the board, or a restored item. If a release has to be rolled back, the previous public client is what players get, not a private build.
